Terms & Conditions | Campus Tour Giveaway

Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Premier Bee LLC, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

Entry Period:

The giveaway begins on September 23, 2024 at 8:00 AM CT and ends on October 18, 2024 at 12:00 PM CT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

To enter the giveaway, fill out and submit the form located at premierbeeproducts.com/campus-tour-giveaway.
Limit one entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified.

Prizes:

The trip must be scheduled within 2 months from the winner's notification and is subject to availability.

Runners-up Prizes: Ten (10) winners will each receive a $100 gift card to the Premier Bee Products online store.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted by the winner. Premier Bee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification:

The potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about [Draw Date] from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The potential winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the drawing.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within 3 days of notification.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required documents within the specified time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.

General Conditions:

Premier Bee LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Premier Bee LLC in its sole discretion.
In the event of such cancellation, Premier Bee LLC reserves the right to select the winners from eligible entries received up to the time of the cancellation.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Premier Bee LLC, which are final and binding in all respects.

Publicity:

Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to Premier Bee LLC’s and its agents' use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Limitations of Liability:

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Premier Bee LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Disputes:

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of South Dakota, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
As a condition of participating in this giveaway, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in South Dakota having jurisdiction.
